We pride ourselves on sending our gifts faster than you can deliver a baby!

All orders are despatched by courier the same business day (if ordered before 12pm) or the next business day (if ordered after 12pm).

Delivered within 2 Business Days (normally delivered next day!).
From Perth, we deliver our baby gifts to anywhere in Australia including these major cities:
  Brisbane, Queensland  -  Sydney, NSW (New South Wales)
  Darwin, Northern Territory  -  Hobart, Tasmania
  Melbourne, Victoria  -  Canberra, Australia Capital Territory
Cost:   Our cost Australia Wide is only $11 per order!!!

International Orders
Due to high global demand for our unique baby gift boxes, we started shipping overseas in early 2003. We pride ourselves on fast deliveries so all overseas orders are also sent by courier ASAP.

Cost:  World Wide Shipping is charged at AUD$20.00 per order.
AUD$20 is roughly US$13 or EUR$11.50

Cancellations

Orders placed with Little Critters are always despatched very quickly so if you need to cancel, please contact us straight away. If an order has already been despatched and you feel the need to cancel, you will incur shipping costs for return.

Packaging Information

Our gifts are packaged in colour coordinated gift boxes to match each individual gift. These boxes are strong and ensure your gift arrives in perfect condition every time.

Your gift selections are individually wrapped in soft tissue paper. The gift box is beautifully presented and we include a hand written card with your personal message.

Payments

For added security, payments are processed by a third party who specialise in secure online payments. Shopping online through our server is one of the safest ways to shop, since all payments are processed at a secure site.

If you would prefer to not pay online on the secure site you may contact us with your details to either pay:
Direct Debit into our account or we can take your details over the phone.

We are also a member of Bartercard, so please contact us with your information if you would like to use your Bartercard.

Should you have any issues at all we promise to resolve them to your satisfaction.

Substitutions

Our gift boxes are filled with unique quality products. Occasionally availability of product is scarce so if we do not have a particular item it will be replaced with an item of equal or greater value.
